The images that I make are spontaneous and abstract. The free interplay of a broad range of materials is a key part of my process. This way of working reflects the wide, multifarious world, as I see and experience it. I try not to plan too much because I love the adventure of responding in the moment. Other certain choices and preferences also run consistently through my work: casual, unfussy techniques and combinations; contemplative, playful atmospheres; and an interest in building and exploring different types of structures at varying stages of growth and decay.
